Acting as trusted advisor to organisations embedding inclusive practices into how leadership, teams and the business actually operate. Practical input, not a report that sits on a shelf.
About me
Spending two decades exploring how people lead and collaborate across differences wasn’t a deliberate plan, but looking back, every role led in this direction. Experience spans international consulting, client-facing work, learning and development, product development, and people leadership. Most of it has been with organisations where there was little initial agreement in the room, and where getting people to truly work together was the core task, not a soft add-on.
This is the work that matters to me: supporting leaders, teams and organisations in industries such as pharma, energy, entertainment and consumer goods to turn inclusion from a stated value into everyday behaviour.
The core focus areas are those that consistently surface in this work: cultural agility, distance leadership and collaboration, team effectiveness, and inclusive leadership.
My credentials include ICF Accredited Coach (Level II) through Sofia Manning's coaching program, certification in Aperian's GlobeSmart and Inclusive Behavior Inventory tools, and completion of CIL's Global DEI in Action program.
